I really appreciated being treated with respect as an intelligent person when I brought my vehicle to Dunlap Pro Automotive. Though we had only scheduled an oil change, the gentlemen working that day completed additional inspections at no charge and not only informed me, but showed me the little things that eventually and more immediately needed attention, including what the time and price for each would be. They were honest about what would be easiest for us to fix ourselves to save us money, rather than pushing us for more business. We will return to give them our automotive business and hope others do too!
A friend introduced me to Pro Automotive several years ago and I find the technicians are highly skilled, trustworthy, and recommend / perform only the work that needs to be done. They don't recommend or search for costly "opportunities" like you ordinarily experience with dealerships and other auto maintenance businesses. One experience that stands out -- I was having tire wear problems with my Lexus SC430 that Lexus couldn't fix. I was only getting 12,000 miles on a set of expensive tires (I went through 3 sets). Pro Automotive (Blake) researched the problem and solved it cost effectively. My current set of tires has 34,000 miles on them, still look good, and the ride is better than ever. I also trust Pro Automotive to do work on my classic car... which I won't take anywhere else. I highly recommend Pro Automotive!. Rob
