I went to open my parents account. Very courteous and friendly staff. I can understand that it's a small village/branch and banking services are very basic. But minus that you have a perfect banking/ service experience. Highly recommended.
I wanted to get some change for our neighborhood garage sale. Brought in a crisp new $100 bill and asked for some singles and fives to make change. I was told they would not help me since I wasn't a customer. Cindy the manager was even rude about it. Said, "If you want to open an account we can help you." Well at 4:50 pm on a Friday I didn't want to hang around to fill out paperwork. And after how I was treated I will never open up an account there. I recommend you stay away! They don't care about helping out local Dunlap residents or acquiring new customers. There were four employees working in the branch at that time. And they all heard the conversation. You would think one of them would have had the common sense to help me and make the change. I can only blame management.
I stopped by the Dunlap branch and you won't believe what happened...
